► Under 18's Rep
Under 18's Representative
The Under 18's Rep is a new position that exists at both the Carlisle and Penrith. This officer is elected from the FE/Under 18 student population at each campus to represent the views and unique challenges facing this portion of the student body.
The UCSU Constitution specifies that the position act as a representative position, i.e. services the needs of a specific segment of the student population as a support member of the Campus Committee, which would mean that whilst having full voting rights at Campus Committee level it would be a non-voting member of Union Council.
