This year CumbriaSU is Celebrating Success. We know that it is far too easy dwell on about what isn’t quite right in the world.

STOP…. Hold on a second, we want to celebrate success, celebrate the things that work. The things that are better than perfect, are outstanding are 'wunderbar!' And most of all we want you to know that you can make a difference.

How are we going to do this?

Do you know success when you see it? Has someone had a major positive impact on your student experience? Maybe a lecturer who you can’t wait to be taught by, a Student Rep who has changed things for the better, or a cleaner who makes you smile every day? There are 10 awards available, and we want you to nominate who should win! Celebrate Success!

Success doesn’t just happen, you make it happen! By putting yourself forward and making a difference you make success possible. You are success. How? Volunteer to be elected as a Students’ Union Officer. What is your passion, what do you want to change, who do you represent! Put yourself forward and make it happen. You are the Success. Success so far;
The University of Cumbria is a big place, there might not be that many student, but we have five campuses, which range from Barrow, Penrith, Lancaster, Carlisle and of Course London. It is hard to Keep track of everything that is happening every where. Did you know that London Student have a new study area? Did you know that the Brampton Road students now have an on site library? Did you know that through work by the SU Ambleside students got a new Washing Machine this year?
