Its nearly that time of year again and we cant wait to welcome all new students into the University of Cumbria! We have a diverse range of students starting at the University of Cumbria every year from people who are just leaving home for the first time to mature and international students. No matter what student group you fall into we are here to enhance your student experience as much as we possibly can! If you are a new student and it's your first time at university and you're going to be away from home for the first time read our Hints and Tips for Freshers page. Check out our Welcome 10 Checklist so you know exactly what to do when you arrive at university. We are looking forward to meeting you all soon!

The Union apologises for the last minute withdrawl of the personal apperance of Jamo and George, this was due to circumstances beyond our control and we will be replacing this event with another personal appearance slightly later in the term.
