► How do I start an activity group?
Its really easy to start a club or society with our 4 easy steps:
1. Get Forms
Pop into your local SU Office to collect forms from an Activities Coordinator.
2. Elect Members
Hold a meeting to elect members for specific positions including Chairperson/ Captain, Treasurer, Secretary and decide the aims of your group.
3. Get Affiliated
Forms are approved by the Activities Committee for affiliation to the Students' Union and this creates your bank account.
4. Good to go!
Start meeting regularly, fundraising for trips and kit, holding socials, updating your group's info page on our website or apply for an Activity Development* Grant to develop your group.
